Hotel Accommodations
A limited number of rooms are being held at a reduced rate for WebWise Conference
attendees at the Holiday
Inn Miami Beach. Since March is peak season for Miami Beach, we do
expect all hotels in the area to be sold out during the dates of the WebWise
Conference. Participants are encouraged to make their reservations immediately in
order to ensure availability.
The following are the instructions for making discounted reservations at the
Holiday Inn:

To book rooms at the Holiday Inn Miami Beach, call Reser vations between the
hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Eastern Time. In order to receive the group rate
of $225.00/night + 13% tax (single or double occupancy), please indicate that
you are attending the WebWise Conference. The cut-off date for reservations
is Sunday, February 3, 2008. However, we recommend that you make a reservation
immediately in order to ensure availability.
Please note that the Holiday Inn requires a deposit equal to one night’s
room and tax at the time you make your reservation. Any reservation cancelled
within a seven (7) day window of your arrival date will forfeit the advance
deposit. In addition, upon check-in, you will be asked to re-verify your date
of departure. Once your departure date has been re-confirmed, a $100.00 early
departure fee will apply.
Hotel Parking
Valet parking at both the Four Points Sheraton Miami Beach and
the Holiday Inn Miami Beach is currently $18.00 per night plus tax. Guest self
parking is available at $16.00 per night plus tax in the Charles Garage.
Airport Information
Miami
International Airport is located about 10 miles from Miami Beach
(travel time approximately 20 mins). Please visit the MIA
ground transportation website for information on getting to and from the
airport.
Ft. Lauderdale -Hollywood International Airport is
located about 30 miles from Miami Beach (travel time approximately 45 mins).

Walking and driving are the best ways to get around Miami.
If you are renting a car, it is recommended that you review the Miami
Beach parking website for information about where and when to park around town.
Day or night, taxis are always easy to flag down in Miami Beach. To
reserve a taxi cab, please refer to the Miami
Beach taxi directory for company contact information.
Note: Driving from the WebWise conference discounted hotels
to the Miami Beach Convention Center should take approximately 10 minutes,
but please allow a few extra minutes for traffic and parking so as to get to
the WebWise conference on time. Please visit the WebWise

The South Beach Local Circulator is another option for visiting South Beach,
and costs only 25 cents a trip. Visit the South
